For older devices:
Connect manually to ModernVilla_2.4G using the password found on the welcome card inside the house.
Keys & Access
You will find the key inside the lockbox outside the main entrance.
Once inside, please insert the key-card into the special slot to turn on the electricity.
Parking & EV
Please park at the back entrance of the property.
Please notify us if you have an Electric Vehicle (EV).
Parking on the grass at the front side of the house is strictly prohibited.
Hot Water
Press the “START” button on the electrical panel.
It takes about 20 minutes to heat up.
It turns off automatically after 20 minutes for safety reasons.
Need more hot water? Once the timer runs out, you can simply press the “START” button again!
Locking the Door
1. Pull the door handle all the way **UP**.
2. Turn the key to the **RIGHT** to lock.
Check-out Instructions
Check-out time: 08:00 – 11:00 AM
Please dispose of your garbage in the outside bins.
Lock the property, place the key back inside the lockbox and scramble/shuffle the code digits.

Air Conditioning
Remote controls are mounted on the walls in each room.
Please ensure the operation mode is set to “COOL” (indicated by a snowflake icon ).
Recommended temperature is between 22°C – 24°C.
All windows and doors must remain closed for the A/C units to operate efficiently.
